WELL, our family has talked about getting a dog forever! And the right opportunity came along and so we decided to spring for it. A lady that Paul works with breeds rat terriers and was nice enough to let us "test drive" before we actually bought it. Well, things didn't go as smoothly as we would have hoped and he ended up going back to his first home. We're just not ready for a dog. Maybe someday! But it was nice to try and Kate had a blast - Lizzie was a different story. She's not too keen on animals. Carter didn't really care. But he was cute and very lovable so maybe we'll give it a try later on. But here's pictures of our ALMOST DOG!

So, what exactly was it that made you change your mind?
Did you feel like you had 4 kids?
IF, we ever got a dog, it would be when my kids were all grown up. And that probably won't ever happen. I do feel like it would be having another baby/child. EVEN if it was trained and everything. I'm just not up for the challenge.
